Both. Macsen’s focus is Philippine small businesses and local government. The same tools handle a customer’s request and a resident’s, a sales pipeline and an office’s projects.

Can people submit and track requests online?

Yes. Your public request form is in your organisation’s name. People get a reference number, can check progress with it and their email, reply to your team and send documents, without an account.

Where is our data kept?

In Singapore. Each person sees what their role and department allow, and every change is recorded on the record’s history.

Does Macsen work on phones?

Yes, in the browser. It can also be added to a phone’s home screen like an app, with alerts for assignments, mentions and messages.
